A surprise use for your scarf!

Thank you for making your way over here!

It’s hot, hot, hot, and as promised I said I’d give you an invaluable tip on how to keep your adored four legged pal cool PLUS the added bonus of “another way for your scarf”. I mean to say, this animal is really having a tough time …

If you came to this via my recent Facebook and Instagram posts, you’ll have seen that great ideas don’t always come off! (I’m seeing an echo from my last email post here!).

But I was determined to show you my idea…it’s worked in the past on our walks, and I had a great supply of biscuits in payment ready…..but this is what happened, with the dog who never barks!

So, a failure for my world-shattering video, but I hope it made you smile, and perhaps it might help one day, if you find yourself with a panting hot dog, a scarf and water (all essentials for a walk, after all!)

And while I have you here, I really want to keep you! Life is opening up, and there will be all the events we missed resurrecting themselves. I’m delighted to say that for the first time, I will be at Bovey Tracey for Craft Festival 10-12th September. What a great re-emersion to being “out there” again! The algorithms on Facebook and Instagram are forever changing, and my fear is that you’ll miss me and I certainly will be sad to loose your interest. So, please take the opportunity to sign up to my monthly email, where I pretend you’re sat opposite me and I chat on about “stuff”. Also, there are special offers to give you a treat when shopping at my site. The form is at the bottom of every page. Just scroll down. Please!

You can also share my Facebook posts on Shelley Faye LazarTextiles with friends if you want. This is a great boost of encouragement for me, and much appreciated.

However we keep in touch, I’m forever grateful and delighted. My aim is to give you something to smile about with a colourful scarf, with the delightful Jesse the Lurcher, or just some of my random thoughts.

Finally, top tip - if you’re in a dither and not feeling 100% confident about your outfit after being less sociable these past months, grab a scarf.

The colour, the style, the “something unique and luxurious” gives your identity an anchor point and will identify you as stylish and different in the best way, and the boost to boldly go forth!
