A design rescued from my old sketch books, and translated to tapestry. Simply the joy of pattern, stitch and colour.
This design has been adapted for large smaller silk square scarves, in the original colours and a cooler variation.

Stars, pattern and colour gave me the design idea.
I used tent stitch for the entire design. Cotton perlé 3 thread, 12 to the inch mono canvas.
There is a small area of canvas around the design which allows for mounting with a mount for a wall hanging picture. The art work is sold as is, no frame, mount or additional stitch work.
